Job Description

Salary: $118,150 - 200,100 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree or an equivalent educational background.
• We need the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship, with interim and/or final clearance post-start.
• We require at least 2 years of experience with the Scaled Agile Framework or other Agile methodologies.
• We require at least 2 years of experience in Agile delivery and metrics.
• We require at least 1 year of experience in a leadership position.
• For experienced-level consideration, we look for a bachelors degree with 5+ years of related work experience, or a bachelors degree plus 9+ years of directly related experience, or 13+ years of relevant experience.
• For senior-level consideration, we look for a bachelors degree with 9+ years of related work experience, or a bachelors degree plus 13+ years of directly related experience, or 17+ years of relevant experience.
• We value Agile or SAFe training and/or certification, such as SPC, RTE, SSM, or PMI-ACP.
• We prefer familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• We look for strong critical thinking skills.
• We need excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• We coach leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
• We drive continuous improvement and assess the organizations agility to help strengthen performance.
• We support the development of vision, objectives, and program backlogs.
• We ensure backlogs are maintained in line with established standards.
• We track the execution of features and capabilities.
• We facilitate roadmap development.
• We support dependency mapping across and within teams.
• We prepare for and facilitate quarterly planning and plan execution.
• We promote cross-functional collaboration throughout the organization.
• We work with Product Management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to align strategy with execution.
• We help manage risks and dependencies.
• We escalate and monitor impediments.
• We ensure standards are defined and followed.
• We track and improve metrics that measure value flow.
