Salary: $91,800 - 124,200 per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a directly related non-U.S. equivalent.
• We require at least 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
• We require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which in turn requires U.S. citizenship.
• We require an interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance after start, and some roles may also require special program access or other government access approvals.
• We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
• We require candidates to be able to work 100% onsite in St. Louis, MO, with no hybrid or remote option.
• A bachelors degree or equivalent is required.

• We contribute to systems engineering work across new development, production, and sustainment programs, keeping delivery aligned with program objectives.
• We partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain system requirements, interfaces, verification plans, and test criteria.
• We perform technical analyses covering affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human factors, survivability, vulnerability, security, and product assurance.
• We support design reviews and technical assessments throughout the program lifecycle.
• We monitor and update requirements, risks, issues, opportunities, tools, and technology maturity.
• We help introduce and apply modern systems engineering practices, including model-based systems engineering.
• We may travel domestically or internationally based on business needs.
