What You’ll Do

 

• Assist providers with patient flow, hearing aid appointments, and daily office operations
• Support hearing aid cleanings, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance
• Prepare equipment and rooms for patient appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong patient relationships
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up communication
• Work closely with a collaborative and supportive clinical team
