Baker / Prep Team Member (Morning Shifts)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Baker/Prep team member to join our kitchen. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a well-rounded background in both sweet and savory pastry production who thrives in a collaborative, high-standard environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of baked goods, including breads, cakes, cookies, brownies, seasonal pastries, and savory items.

• Accurately scale, mix, shape, bake, and finish products with consistency and attention to detail.

• Follow recipes while maintaining an efficient and organized workflow.

• Support daily production needs across both sweet and savory prep.

• Collaborate with the Chef and team to meet production goals.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

• Assist in refining recipes and improving kitchen systems as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a bakery, café, or professional kitchen (culinary or pastry training preferred).

• Strong foundation in pastry techniques, including laminated doughs, custards, and savory preparations.

• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

• Reliable, communicative, and team-oriented.

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Interest in growing with a thoughtful and evolving bakery team.

Morning availability is required.
