Call Center Customer Service Representative

On-Site | Full-Time | Day Shift

Work Location: 300 E Park Dr, Harrisburg, PA 17111

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls from existing and prospective customers
  • Assist with account inquiries, updates, and maintenance
  • Process applications and payments over the phone
  • Document customer interactions accurately and professionally
  • Perform data entry, follow-up correspondence (mail/email), and reports
  • Clearly explain account policies, terms, and procedures
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

✅ What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

  • At least 1 year of consecutive customer service experience
    • Call center experience is a plus but not required
  • 1 year of experience working on computer systems
    • Strong data entry and Microsoft Office skills
  • High School Diploma or GED (verified during background check)
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
  • Willingness to work in an on-site call center environment
Candidates with strong job stability and long-term customer service experience are highly preferred.

  • Call center or phone-based customer support experience
  • Operations or administrative support background

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, Day Shift
  • Current primary shift need: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Other possible shifts:
    • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
    • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • No weekends!

Work Environment

  • Large, modern, single-floor call center (no stairs or elevators)
  • Individual desks/cubicles with plenty of workspace
  • Business casual dress code (jeans allowed; no leggings or sweats)
  • Phones must be stored away on the call floor due to privacy policies

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
