Job Summary
LJ Horizons is seeking a dependable and organized Customer Service Coordinator to support client requests and provide a high level of service in a remote environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying detail-focused, and guiding clients through a structured process from start to finish.
You will work with clients to coordinate details and guide them through each stage of the process.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist with coordinating services, scheduling, and updates
Guide clients through a structured process from start to completion
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of requests
Communicate clearly with clients and provide consistent follow-up
Deliver a positive and supportive customer experience
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Comfortable using online tools and systems
Customer service or administrative experience preferred
