Job Overview

PowerToFly is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in our New York, NY, United States office. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about building strong, long-lasting client relationships and ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our services. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. The offered salary for this role is $30,000 - $43,000 USD per annum , commensurate with experience.

 

Responsibilities



 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, building trust and rapport.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and objectives to ensure they are successfully met.
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to renewal.
  • Proactively monitor customer health, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate churn.
  • Educate clients on new features and best practices to drive product adoption and engagement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate value and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to provide valuable insights to our product and development teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and support, to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience.



 

Qualifications



 

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a talent for finding creative solutions.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and a commitment to their success.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
