Digital Graphic Designer

USA preferred; international remote considered

About the Role

We're a fast-growing women's jewelry and accessories brand selling across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Walmart. You'll be the execution engine of our creative team — turning briefs into polished assets across digital and print, with a strong bias toward AI-powered production. You'll report to the Marketing Director and collaborate daily with our Creative Director and social team.

What You'll Own

1. AI-first social content — Short-form video and static assets for TikTok and Instagram using tools like Higgsfield, Midjourney, Firefly, or equivalent. This is your primary output.
2. Social video editing — Fast-turnaround short-form content in CapCut or similar; on-trend formats, native platform sensibility.
3. eComm asset production — Amazon listings, Shopify storefront, and performance ad creatives.
4. Email marketing design — Campaign and flow assets built for conversion; Klaviyo familiarity a plus.
5. Print & retail fixture design — Signage, shelf talkers, and display materials for Walmart and our owned retail store.
6. Packaging design — Product and shipping packaging with a premium feel at lean cost.
7. Storefront & CRO design — Shopify banners, landing pages, and Amazon storefronts with a conversion-rate mindset.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of graphic design experience in eCommerce or fashion/retail
• Active, daily use of AI creative tools — Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, or similar
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut or equivalent
• Able to manage multiple briefs simultaneously and hit deadlines without hand-holding
• Strong eye for women's fashion aesthetics and trend awareness

Bonus Points

• Experience with Amazon A+ Content or Brand Stores
• Shopify experience
• Exposure to art direction or on-set shoot support

The starting pay range for this role is $70,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years of experience, certifications, and specific location. The starting pay range may differ by location.

The total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus and benefits (which may differ by country).
