Responsibilities:

  • Perform drain cleaning services for residential customers, ensuring efficient and effective removal of blockages and obstructions.
  • Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues related to drains, ensuring proper functionality.
  • Conduct inspections of drain systems to identify potential problems, leaks, or damaged components, and provide accurate assessments to customers.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their specific drain-related concerns and provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, materials used, and time spent on each job.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment.
  • Maintain and clean equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition for future use.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and advancements in drain cleaning technology through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • At least one (1) year of experience in residential drain cleaning.
  • General knowledge of plumbing including drain cleaning, water heater installation, toilet repair/replacement, and other related tasks.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, propose solutions, and explain billing.
  • Familiarity with safety precautions and hazards in the field.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug and background screenings.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
