What We Do

We combine new technology with traditional pressure washing, soft washing, water-fed pole cleaning, and professional window-cleaning methods.

Pressure Washing & Trailer Manager Overview

The Pressure Washing & Trailer Manager is responsible for operating, organizing, and maintaining the equipment that supports the cleaning crew.

You will manage the pressure-washing and soft-washing trailer while also working alongside the crew to complete exterior-cleaning projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate pumps and equipment
• Charge batteries
• Perform commercial pressure washing, soft washing, and window cleaning
• Maintain water, fuel, and water quality
• Manage hoses
• Help setup and break down
• Help secure a safe operation on the ground
• Inspect equipment before, during, and after each job
• Identify leaks, worn components, andr equipment problems
• Keep the trailer clean

Physical Requirements

Applicants must be able to:

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Lift equipment to shoulder height and occasionally above the head
• Pull, carry, and manage long sections of hose
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Work days involving approximately 10,000–20,000 steps
• Bend, kneel, climb, reach, and work around commercial equipment
• Work outdoors in heat, cold, wind, and changing weather
• Safely perform physical work for up to eight or nine hours per day

Work Schedule

• Part-time or Full-time position
• Workdays commonly begin between 5:00 and 6:00 a.m.
• Most shifts last approximately eight to nine hours
• Ending times depend on the project, weather, travel, and production needs
• Some work may take place early in the morning, in the evening, or on weekends
• Occasional travel throughout Colorado may be required

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual
• Pass background check, drug test, and drivers license screening
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor
• Able to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
• Able to work independently without constant supervision

Compensation

$19–$22 per hour, depending on experience, reliability, leadership ability, and equipment knowledge.
