We are seeking an experienced EDI Developer with strong expertise in IBM Sterling Integrator, based in Franklin, Tennessee, United States, to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale B2B integration solutions within a healthcare domain environment.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in EDI workflows, IBM Sterling Integrator configuration, SQL development, and enterprise data integration architecture supporting both real-time and batch processing systems.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on large-scale trading partner integrations and mission-critical data exchange systems.
Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade B2B integration solutions using IBM Sterling Integrator • Configure and manage Sterling workflows, maps, business processes, and trading partner setups • Build and support real-time and batch data integration pipelines • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and relational database structures • Handle large-scale data formats including X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON • Design and support integration between internal systems and external trading partners • Troubleshoot and resolve production EDI and integration failures • Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance data exchange across enterprise systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration architecture and delivery Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 8–10 years of IT experience • 5+ years of hands-on EDI development experience • Strong expertise in IBM Sterling Integrator (mandatory) • Strong SQL development and relational database knowledge • Experience with EDI standards: X12, EDIFACT, ANSI ASC X12 • Strong understanding of SDLC and integration lifecycle management • Experience working with enterprise-scale integration systems.
