Entry-Level Customer Success Representative | Full-Time / Part-Time

We are currently hiring motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Success Representative . This is a fully remote, entry-level opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping clients, building meaningful relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

No previous experience is required. We provide structured onboarding, guided training, and ongoing support to help you build the skills and confidence needed for long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
• Provide professional support and respond to client inquiries
• Guide clients through available benefit options and enrollment processes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with clients to ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection
• Access to a computer or laptop
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
