Tri-Valley Collective is a growing face-to-face marketing, sales, and nonprofit fundraising organization that partners with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations to increase awareness, support, and community engagement for meaningful causes.

Through direct marketing, live events, and personalized outreach , our team creates authentic connections between nonprofit organizations and the communities they serve.

We are seeking motivated, outgoing, and career-focused Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, developing communication skills, and gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, and leadership development .

No prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for professional growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations through professional face-to-face marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives.
• Engage with customers, donors, and community members to increase awareness and support for nonprofit causes.
• Build strong relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and implement proven marketing, sales, and fundraising strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development programs.
• Track campaign performance and contribute to achieving team and client goals.
• Collaborate with team members in a positive, competitive, and growth-oriented environment.
• Develop leadership, communication, and business development skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.
