• Support Model: Physician-supervised NP practice
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Salary Range: $176,000 – $233,000 annually
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Experience: Primary care clinic experience required
• Education: Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Licensure: Active California RN and NP license
• Certifications:
BLS (AHA) required
ACLS (AHA) required if inpatient privileges requested
• Accepted Certifying Bodies:
American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB)
National Certification Corporation (NCC)
American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN)
• Preferred: English/Spanish bilingual
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide primary care services to patients across all age groups
• Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Follow established clinical protocols with physician collaboration
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in patient care decisions with accountability and clinical judgment
