MÙA FORM is a creation house focused on intentional objects and systems across work, travel, and daily life. We are building a long-term brand, starting with our first product launch.

We have our brand foundation, voice, and direction defined.
We are looking for a Brand Visual Designer to translate that into a cohesive, usable visual identity system.

This is not a speculative role.
This is structured, phased work with clear deliverables.

What you’ll be responsible for

Refining an existing logo direction
Defining brand color system and typography
Building a clear, usable brand guideline
Translating strategy into visual rules
Creating application examples to validate the system
You will not be defining brand strategy or voice.
That work already exists.

Project structure

We work in phases.
Applicants must be comfortable proposing fees per phase.

Phase 1 – Visual Direction & Core Identity
Phase 2 – Brand Guidelines System
Phase 3 – Application Examples

We may pause or stop after any phase.

Ideal fit

You are:
Strong at visual systems, not just aesthetics
Comfortable working with founders
Able to explain decisions clearly
Practical and restrained in design
Experienced with early-stage brands

We care about clarity, judgment, and collaboration more than polish.

Compensation
This is a paid engagement.
Budgets are evaluated per phase based on scope and clarity.
