Make-Ready / Maintenance Technician (MR/Tech)

💲 Pay: $20.00/hour

🗓 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

BG Staffing is actively hiring a dependable Make-Ready / Maintenance Technician (MR/Tech) to start ASAP at a residential community in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional experienced in unit turns and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment unit turns (make-readies) to prepare units for new residents
• Perform general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, and repairs
• Assist with service requests and work orders as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and overall condition of units and common areas
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance or make-ready experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must have reliable transportation and active auto insurance
• Must be able to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check
• Must complete a Background Attestation Form prior to start
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
