Join a top-tier global pharma leader in Waukegan, IL, as a Manager, Quality Systems. In this on-site role, you will drive strategic quality assurance initiatives, translating high-level compliance strategies into tactical objectives across pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing processes.

responsibilities:

• Oversee quality assurance compliance from raw material inspection through final product shipment.
• Manage supplier controls, including supplier scorecard preparation and quality tracking/trending.
• Create, negotiate, and manage comprehensive Quality Agreements with external partners.
• Utilize SAP and quality management systems to track data and maintain strict regulatory compliance.
• Support diverse QA functions including validation, documentation, labeling, and training.

 
qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline.
• 8+ years of dedicated experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience working directly with Supplier Controls and Quality Agreements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred:

• ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CQA).
• Proficiency with SAP, OneTrack/SolTRAQs, and Veeva Vault.
