Acloche has immediate openings for a Mechanical Assembler in Baltimore, Ohio!

*** Must have assembly experience that in NOT on an assembly line and power tool experience***

• Hours: 1st Shift Monday – Friday 7 am- 330pm
• Pay: 20.00/hour

Primary duties of the Mechanical Assembler include:

• Previous knowledge, experience or interest in metal work/fabrication; assembly of products etc.
• Ability to learn the assembly of a variety of metal products. NOT on an assembly line.
• 2-3 yrs. knowledge + experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and accurately interpret prints +/or schematics.
• Mechanically inclined: able to use a variety of power/air and hand tools, including rivet guns.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with regularity. (average parts run 2-15 lbs.)
• Physical ability to stand, squat, bend, reach, pull and push duringthe course of a shift.
• High attention to detail & fine tactical ability.
• Pallet jack experience.
• Cross-training on finishing equipment such as a Fladder, Hand grinders, deburring equipment, etc.

Requirements of the Mechanical Assembler include:

• Ability to accurately identify various metals such as a variety of Steels, Aluminum, etc.
• Job Shop experience.
• Physical demands: Bending, Twisting, Standing, Stooping, Sitting, Walking, and Reaching overhead.
• Manufacturing experience in a Job Shop environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Forklift / Pallet jack experience.
• Experience in application of the following: Silicone + Butyl Sealants; Gasket.
