Job Description

Now hiring temp-to-hire positions in Paris, KY starting at $15.00/hr. As a Paint Line Operator, you will be responsible for the high-volume, manual loading of our finishing line, which involves the repetitive lifting and hanging of sheet metal components onto an overhead conveyor system. This role requires significant physical stamina and the ability to perform overhead reaching throughout a Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule. Responsibilities

As a Paint Line Operator, you will play a critical role in our production cycle by managing the manual loading of our overhead conveyor system. This position requires performing repetitive lifting and overhead hanging of sheet metal components throughout a 12-hour shift. Steel Toed shoes are required.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 25lbs
