Koniag IT Systems LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Penetration Testing Lead to support KITS and our government customer in Washington DC. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. The customer may need support as needed at other locations: Warrenton VA Atlantic City NJ Melbourne FL Oklahoma OK and Leesburg VA. We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health dental and vision insurance 401K with company matching flexible spending accounts paid holidays three weeks paid time off and Experience Knowledge Skills & Abilities:Theyre responsible for leading for all penetration testing efforts under the serve as the primary Point of Contract (POC) between the Governments Program Office Contracting Officers Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO) for all penetration testing and must attend all Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with the Program Manager and report the status of the contracts penetration testing activities and ensure the contract meets the requirements in its project plan and schedule for penetration testing work and output; and is following applicable standards and the Minimum Qualification Requirements of Senior II Scientist/Engineer/Systems Analyst as defined in the FAA eFAST MOA Penetration Testing Lead must have a bachelors degree in engineering Mathematics or Science and a minimum of 15 years experience in addition to the degree. Good to haves: A bachelors degree in computer science Cybersecurity or Information Technology OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) CISSP or GPEN Certifications and Expertise in NIST 800-53 requirements threat emulation and Rules of Engagement (RoE) specifically tailored for the FAA or similar must have the required years of experience listed in the labor category including and/or exceeding five (5) years of management and supervisory experience.
