Physiatrist (PM&R) – Northwest Indiana / Chicago Suburbs

Opportunity Highlights:

• Full-time employed PM&R position with established health system
• Practice based in Northwest Indiana with outreach to nearby communities
• Mix of outpatient care with inpatient PTO coverage
• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule with 36 patient hours + 4 admin hours
• Weekend call and rounding rotation of 1:4
• Join experienced PM&R team with strong referral base and clinical support
• Leadership and committee involvement opportunities available

Clinical Focus:

• General Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Stroke and traumatic brain injury care
• Orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation
• EMGs
• Botox for spasticity and migraine management
• Pain management/interventional procedures
• Prosthetics and orthotics
