Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to support business and technology initiatives in a fast‑paced, Agile environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder communication skills, hands‑on UAT experience, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while driving strategic outcomes and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Product Owner , owning product vision, roadmap, backlog, and priorities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels , including leadership and cross‑functional teams
  • Translate business objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables
  • Lead and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign‑off
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and competing demands simultaneously
  • Drive strategic planning , including roadmap development and initiative prioritization
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and change impacts
  • Build strong partnerships and influence key stakeholders to drive collaboration and delivery
  • Evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
  • Provide strategic thought leadership , aligning product delivery with business goals
  • Support and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives)

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to present to all levels of the organization
  • Strong knowledge of Product Owner roles, responsibilities, and best practices
  • Hands‑on UAT cycle experience in enterprise environments
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving abilities , with high learning agility and curiosity
  • Experience working in Agile environments , coordinating work in time‑critical settings

Desirable Skills

  • Experience driving process optimization or automation initiatives
  • Exposure to large‑scale enterprise or transformation programs
