Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Director of Project Development to lead water and wastewater engineering projects for municipal and industrial clients. This role combines business development , project management , and engineering leadership to deliver innovative solutions for treatment plants , pumping stations , pipelines , and related infrastructure. This is a client facing/business development strategic role for someone with Texas water market experience with project leadership and local market relationships. This position requires someone local to Texas experienced within the municipal water construction market.
