HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Hartford and surrounding areas. This opportunity is ideal for agents who want access to leads, client inquiries, hands-on training, and strong broker support to grow their business in a market driven by affordability, investor activity, and steady demand .

Job Type:

• Full-time / Part-time.
• Commission-based.
• Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.

Responsibilities:

• Work with buyer and seller leads.
• Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
• Manage incoming inquiries and convert opportunities.
• Market and list residential properties.
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut Real Estate License ( required ).
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Hartford / Central CT market (preferred).
• New and experienced agents welcome.
