Job Description

If you love the hustle of high-volume recruiting but want to keep your hands in broader HR functions, this is your sweet spot. Approximately 85% of this role is dedicated to talent acquisition—finding, hiring, and onboarding the skilled talent that keeps our production lines running. The remaining 15% will support general HR administration, employee relations, and compliance.

salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly production, skilled trades, and administrative roles.

• Source candidates using job boards, local community networks, vocational schools, and social media.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.

• Manage the offer process, background checks, and drug screening workflows.

• Lead a seamless, engaging orientation and onboarding experience to improve retention.
