Job Description

Salary: $92,000 - 118,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, humanities, etc.)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience with Agile teams
• 7 years of experience in business, technology, or consulting
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and IT project management
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and designs to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to influence a variety of stakeholders with strong leadership skills
• Capable of making swift and difficult decisions on a daily basis
• Effective problem-solving skills with a track record of leading teams to develop solutions
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
• Familiarity with relevant products and portfolios is a plus
• Possess a strong experimental mindset to foster innovation under uncertainty

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create product vision and ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Work with the team to set and achieve product-level KPIs
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear, actionable user stories
• Actively participate in quarterly planning sessions, setting team priorities
• Communicate expectations to stakeholders regarding delivery of features and functionalities
• Engage daily with the Agile team to clarify business needs, remove obstacles, and align product strategy
• Collaborate with IT and business leadership to align development goals and remove roadblocks
• Monitor product health and support long-term viability and efficiency
• Analyze feasibility and report on cost implications of potential product changes
• Understand and prioritize regulatory and compliance constraints on the product
• Build and contribute to the squad/team product roadmap and strategy
• Communicate expected value and any changes with each iteration
• Lead customer-focused design and usability testing for the squad/team
• Conduct market and industry analysis to ensure competitive positioning
