Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and ensure high standards of hospitality
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase revenue
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, food safety, and quality control
• Analyze financial reports to drive operational efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar management role
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety and financials
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
