Location: Nashua, NH
Schedule: 10 days/month; 24-hour overnight shifts; rotating schedule provided well in advance; Hours - 6:00am - 8:00pm 
Commitment: Long-Term
Compensation: $30–$35/hour + $100 overnight stipend

Position Overview

A warm, respectful family in Nashua, NH is seeking an experienced, dependable, and engaging Rotational Overnight Nanny to provide exceptional care for their delightful 21-month-old daughter. Overnight coverage is required approximately 10 days per month while both parents travel for work, with the rotating schedule provided well in advance. The child is an excellent sleeper and sleeps through the night.

The ideal candidate is nurturing, organized, and enjoys creating fun, enriching experiences for toddlers. The family values a screen-free environment, open communication, and a caregiver who will become a trusted part of their support system.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for a 21-month-old
• Create engaging, screen-free activities that encourage learning and exploration
• Prepare simple meals and snacks
• Transport the child to activities as needed
• Keep the child's spaces tidy and organized
• Provide safe, confident overnight care while parents are away
• Communicate regularly with the family regarding the child's day and any updates

Requirements

• Professional nanny experience with toddlers required
• Warm, patient, energetic, and dependable
• Comfortable with a rotating schedule and overnight care
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Passionate about early childhood development and screen-free engagement
• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
