Job Description

Salary: $62,000 - 102,000 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience in Salesforce Data Cloud with involvement in at least two implementations.
• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms or Master Data Management platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud, IBM InfoSphere, Segment, Amperity, or ActionIQ.
• Demonstrated expertise in working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
• Strong understanding of data management principles, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or core Salesforce products is beneficial.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to extract insights from intricate customer datasets.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to connect technical and business concepts.
• Preference for candidates with Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or related certifications.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud functions.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud data models.
• Background in marketing campaign design and execution.
• Familiarity with mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategies.
• Experience in consulting or a digital agency setting, demonstrating ongoing responsibilities, creativity, and innovation.

• Collaborate with clients to identify their requirements, focusing on data-driven marketing, unified customer views, and marketing technology via Data Cloud.
• Create documentation detailing solution designs to meet client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of customer system environments and recommend optimization strategies using Data Cloud.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies utilizing features of Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Work alongside various teams to convert data-driven insights into actionable marketing and customer service solutions.
• Simplify complex topics related to Digital Data and CDPs for those with limited knowledge, including outlining benefits and potential drawbacks of various solutions.
