As a Security Officer at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the safety and well‑being of everyone on property. Located in the heart of downtown and steps from the Superdome, our hotel hosts major conventions, events, and travelers from around the world — making our security team essential to delivering peace of mind and exceptional hospitality. What You’ll Do

• Patrol hotel property to ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and assets
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns
• Document and report all security‑related activity accurately and thoroughly
• Assist guests and team members with directions, escorts, and general safety needs
• Monitor surveillance systems and access points to maintain secure operations
• Collaborate with hotel leadership and local authorities when necessary
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures with professionalism and fairness
• Uphold the welcoming and guest‑focused environment that defines the Hyatt Regency New Orleans
