Firmament connects global football talent with elite European clubs. Our Summer Camps, based on the methodologies of FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, and Inter Milan, offer young North American players the opportunity to train with official coaches from these academies.
As an Assistant Coach, you will support elite European head coaches and help deliver a high-quality football experience. You will assist in training sessions, manage group dynamics, and contribute to the overall organization of the camp.
To proceed with the application process, once you receive an email from ***email_hidden*** , you will be asked to submit a 1-minute video in English explaining why you are interested in the role and how long you have been a football fan. Selected candidates will then be invited to an online group interview.
