For the Sommelier position, we are seeking individuals with experience in fast-paced, detail-oriented restaurants that offer a tasting menu and a curated beverage pairing. Candidates should possess, at minimum, introductory-level certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers. Certifications through the Wine & Spirit Education Trust are appreciated, but not required.

A strong desire to continue learning, deepen one’s knowledge, and actively help educate and mentor other members of the team is essential. This role requires the ability to help guide service flow, support the dining room team, and thoughtfully balance both guest expectations and operational needs throughout service.
