Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire (40 hrs/week)
Compensation Range: $44/hr – $49.50hr
Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Brand Designer to lead strategic brand design work across print, digital, web, signage, and campaign assets for a wide range of client projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Create brand systems and visual identities from scratch for new and existing client engagements
Design across multiple mediums including print, digital, web, signage, presentations, and campaign assets
Translate client goals and brand strategy into thoughtful creative concepts and polished deliverables
Present design work and explain rationale, visual choices, and creative direction internally and at times to stakeholders
Partner with creative leadership, copywriters, strategists, and broader creative teams to execute integrated brand work
Manage and prioritize multiple projects across retainer and new business workstreams
Contribute to kickoff sessions, concept development, and design direction for ongoing campaigns
Help evolve existing brands while also building new identity systems end to end
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
5–8 years of brand design experience
Strong experience designing brands from scratch without pre-existing assets
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Strong portfolio showing logo design, brand storytelling, and multi-channel design work
Experience designing across web, print, digital, and broader branded collateral
Excellent typography, hierarchy, layout, and visual storytelling skills
Strategic design thinker who can connect visuals to messaging and desired brand feeling
Polished communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly
Self-starter who can own direction, work proactively, and operate with minimal hand-holding
Portfolio link required
USC or GC work authorization
