recruiting operations, onboarding, and the overall hiring strategy across our client\'s not-for-profit organization in New London, WI. This full-time, direct hire position is responsible for delivering consistent staffing outcomes, ensuring compliance with all hiring requirements, and supporting a smooth and engaging experience for candidates and new hires. The role includes managing a personal requisition workload while guiding team processes and contributing to broader workforce initiatives.
