Overview
Registered Nurse Lead – ICU (Travel) in San Luis Obispo, California. Start date May 4, 2026 for a 13-week travel assignment in a home healthcare - hospice setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,927 to $1,967 per week. Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (3x12). This is a travel, temporary assignment designed to leverage ICU-level nursing leadership in a unit-based, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide unit-based leadership, collaborating with the Nurse Manager, Director, physicians, and staff.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel using professional and supervisory discretion.
- Ensure all patients on the unit receive cost-effective, professional care that supports positive outcomes and high patient satisfaction while maintaining patient safety.
- Assess and implement steps to improve the quality of the patient experience.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license to practice in California.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise nursing and ancillary staff in a leadership role.
- Experience or strong background in ICU/critical care environments; hospice/home healthcare familiarity is a plus.
- Ability to work a 12-hour night shift on a 3x12 schedule.
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and a 13-week contract.
