Job Description Summary
The Wang Lab at the Medical University of South Carolina aims to understand the molecular mechanisms of cancer progression and resistance to cancer immunotherapy and translating these mechanistic insights into novel therapeutic strategies for cancer treatment. The postdoc will conduct cancer immunotherapy projects in the lab train the lab members and help run the lab.Entity

Job Duties:
1. Maintain lab routine work and apply for lab safety documents (20%)
Routine lab maintenance (i.e. autoclave tip preparation liquid nitrogen tank refilling).
Support for lab safety applications.
2. Independently conduct immunologic and molecular biologic experiments and collect and analyze data (60%)
Cell culture Transfection/infection Western-blot PCR Flow cytometry ELISA IF animal experiment et al.
Report research results to the PI every week
Analyze data prepare manuscripts and present work at conferences.
