Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting daily operations, streamlining communication, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly. Organize and maintain digital files and records. Assist with data entry, research, and report preparation. Support project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables. Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Perform other administrative duties to support business needs. Requirements: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience with project management or CRM software is a plus. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing support is advantageous
