We aren't looking for desk jockeys who hide in air-conditioned offices. We need high-energy, battle-tested operational powerhouses who thrive on the warehouse floor, lead from the front lines, and crush logistics goals daily.
⚡ THE PROFILE: WHAT IT TAKES TO WIN THE BOUNTY Here is what you'll bring, conquer, and command:
- Raw Floor Leadership (4+ Years): Build, coach, and unleash elite crews while driving high morale and continuous output.
- Precision Execution & WMS Mastery: Command receiving, shipping, and inventory with surgical accuracy using top WMS software (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan) and Excel.
- Relentless Optimization & Safety: Spot bottlenecks, obliterate shipping errors, and enforce OSHA standards to keep your floor running like a finely tuned machine.
- Freight & KPI Domination: Manage carrier schedules and destroy targets for labor costs, fulfillment speeds, and throughput.
- Field-Tested Credentials: High drive under pressure, active Forklift credentials (Train-the-Trainer is a plus), and OSHA 10/30 cards.
- The Bounty: $65,000 to $120,000 / year (based on placement & experience), plus bonus structures, PTO, and health/retirement benefits per company offerings.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Conquering - Team Leadership: Build, coach, and unleash a high-performing warehouse crew. You will set the standard for accountability, drive morale, and foster a culture where productivity thrives.
- Flawless Inventory Control: Take total ownership of receiving, storage, and outbound distribution. You’ll run cycle counts and audits like clockwork to guarantee 99%+ inventory accuracy.
- Relentless Optimization: Spot bottlenecks before they happen. Streamline picking routes, eradicate shipping errors, and slice through operational downtime with continuous improvement tactics.
- Uncompromising Safety: Enforce strict OSHA standards and facility protocols. You’ll keep your team safe, efficient, and running like a finely tuned machine.
- Carrier & Freight Domination: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate dock schedules, and coordinate with freight carriers to guarantee dock-to-stock efficiency every single day.
- KPI Ownership: Track, report, and destroy targets related to labor costs, fulfillment times, and throughput.
