As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager who leads by example, values teamwork, and takes pride in keeping operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

Could This Be the Right Opportunity for You?

As our Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our Cypress branch. • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and regular audits
  • Stage materials and equipment for installation and service crews
  • Train, coach, and support warehouse team members while promoting a culture of safety
  • Assist with scheduling, performance management, and hiring activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen warehouse processes
  • Foster a positive, collaborative workplace built on accountability and respect

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three to five years of warehouse experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or distribution
  • Two or more years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience training and developing team members
  • A dependable work ethic and commitment to delivering quality results
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some college coursework or trade certification
  • Experience with garage doors, construction supplies, or building materials
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
  • Experience implementing process improvements that increase efficiency
  • OSHA or other workplace safety certifications

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Ongoing training, career development, and opportunities for advancement
  • A supportive team environment where your contributions are recognized and valued
