Refresh Exterior Property Care is a veteran-owned company providing window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, and exterior property maintenance throughout North County San Diego.
We are hiring a Window Cleaner / Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady work, physical outdoor activity, and the ability to grow into a skilled trade over time.


What You’ll Do

• Clean residential and light commercial windows
• Use ladders, squeegees, and water-fed pole systems
• Perform solar panel cleaning and basic exterior cleaning tasks
• Work outdoors in a physical, active role
• Interact professionally with customers on job sites
• Assist with basic job completion tasks (payments, photos, feedback)
• Help maintain tools and equipment

 
Who We’re Looking For
We are open to a wide range of experience levels.
You may be a good fit if you:

• Have some experience in window cleaning, general labor, landscaping, construction, or similar work
• Are comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
• Are willing to learn and improve your skills
• Can lift 50+ lbs
• Have reliable transportation or a valid driver’s license (preferred, not required)
• Communicate respectfully with customers and team members

No perfect resume required — reliability and attitude matter most.


Experience

• Window cleaning experience is a plus but not required
• Training available for motivated applicants
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply

 
Pay & Benefits

• $16–$40/hour depending on experience and performance
