Step 1: Start as a Registered Line Technician (RLT)

No experience? No problem—we train you.

Step 2: RBT Certification (Fully Sponsored)

• We cover your coursework costs

Step 3: Tiered Advancement System

• Increased pay + responsibility at each tier

Step 4: Specialization & Leadership

• Intensive Care Team (higher complexity cases + premium pay)

Step 5: BCBA Pathway

• Supervision hours + mentorship provided
• Structured support toward graduate-level careers

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions focused on communication, behavior, and independence
• Collect and record precise, high-quality data using digital systems
• Maintain a structured, safe, and engaging environment
• Work directly with a BCBA , including weekly coaching and feedback in person.
• Uphold clinical and ethical standards, including HIPAA compliance

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stay physically active and engaged throughout the day
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and grow clinically
