Assist clients with inquiries related to logistics, returns and exchanges, and after-sales technical support for smart home products (such as robot vacuums, floor scrubbers, hair dryers, and other small appliances) on Amazon's official website and overseas e-commerce platforms, providing them with accurate and comprehensive service.
