Fine Art Cataloger

for World’s Largest Art Dealer

We have a fantastic opportunity for you! Entry and intermediate positions are now available in the Fine Art Cataloging Department at Park West Gallery, the world’s largest art dealer!

Degree in the arts helpful, but not required.

When you train with our experienced Fine Art Cataloging team, you will become a vital part of our worldwide fine art distribution network. You will work with sales data, coordinate logistics, and curate art collections for our galleries and art auctions around the globe.

THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn standard and custom software packages

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through on your main tasks

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Analysis of internal sales data and outside market comparable sales data

  • Knowledge in Power Automate, SharePoint and Microsoft lists is appreciated

Candidates must be able to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We’re looking for enthusiastic graduates with a thirst for knowledge who want to work for one of the most exciting companies in Michigan. ( ONSITE Position is based in Southfield, Michigan.)

This position will require weekend and Holiday hours as needed.
