Front Desk Administrator – Golden, CO (On-Site)

Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire | Healthcare Front Office

What You’ll Do

As the first person patients see when they walk in, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Greeting all patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Verifying insurance and referral information before appointments
  • Ensuring all patient registration details are accurate and complete
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for 15 physicians and 7 mid-level providers
  • Managing a multi-line phone system: answering calls, triaging, routing, and messaging
  • Assisting with urgent medication refill and medical records requests
  • Posting payments and co-pays and maintaining balanced payment batches
  • Coordinating and rescheduling patient appointments as needed
  • Relaying messages clearly to providers and staff

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience
    • (Retail, hospitality, admin, or healthcare all work)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to operate a multi-line phone system
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy clinic environment

Nice-to-Haves

  • Front desk experience in a healthcare clinic
  • Familiarity with NextGen or other EMR systems
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Bilingual skills

Work Environment & Schedule

  • On-site at the clinic’s main front desk—high-visibility, high-impact role
  • Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must be available for an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Dress code: black scrubs or business professional attire (scrubs not provided)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Golden, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
