Job Description

Salary: $65,522 - 178,908 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience with QuickBooks Enterprise and Intuit Enterprise Suite
• Strong background in enterprise software implementation
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools and AI-based business systems
• Knowledge of job costing, project management, service dispatch, inventory management, and payroll integration
• Proficient in financial reporting and analytics
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with varied teams including field personnel, office staff, and management
• Experience in construction, electrical contracting, industrial services, or related fields is preferred
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau and API integrations is a plus
• Experience with CRM systems and construction management software is an asset
• Familiarity with AI workflow tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Zapier) is beneficial

• Spearhead the implementation and optimization of Intuit Enterprise software
• Analyze existing workflows to pinpoint automation possibilities
• Design AI-assisted workflows for various operational areas including accounting, estimating, and reporting
• Develop dashboards and business intelligence reporting instruments
• Connect enterprise systems with both field and office operations
• Automate repetitive administrative and operational duties
• Enhance project costing and financial transparency
• Aid in refining data structures and operational processes
• Collaborate with ownership to create scalable systems for future expansion
• Standardize operational procedures and digital workflows
• Manage software integrations across accounting, estimating, payroll, service, and project management systems
