Part-time Practice Manager

Fearless Care LLC is a growing dual-specialty telehealth practice based in Virginia Beach, VA, offering behavioral health and primary care services. We're looking for an experienced, organized practice manager to help us run smoothly as we scale.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations and provider scheduling
• Coordinate with billing team and monitor key practice metrics
• Manage HR functions including onboarding and compliance
• Support EHR workflow optimization
• Serve as point of contact for operational issues across the practice

What we're looking for

• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health practice management
• Familiarity with telehealth operations and EHR platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on-site
• Knowledge of Virginia healthcare compliance a plus
