JOB SUMMARY:
This position is onsite at the Gresham, OR facility and is responsible for scheduling all production, processing, assembly, and packaging activities. The role ensures the correct labor, tools, materials, and equipment are allocated to meet production schedules. Responsibilities include sequencing work centers, adjusting schedules due to downtime, backlogs, labor/material shortages, or design changes, and maintaining accurate production reporting.
The position is also required to provide full backup scheduling support to the Vancouver, WA facility . Long‑term, the role will require the scheduler to be hybrid onsite between both Gresham and Vancouver , typically spending a couple of afternoons each week in Vancouver. During initial cross‑training, the role will require onsite presence in Vancouver as needed.
