The Starbucks Café Manager is responsible for leading all day-to-day operations of a high-volume Starbucks location within the Seattle Convention Center. This position oversees team performance, guest experience, food and beverage quality, financial results, inventory management, and compliance with Starbucks brand standards and company policies. The Café Manager will create a welcoming environment for guests, develop team members, and drive operational excellence during convention, event, and peak-volume periods.
COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $91,000.00 to $93,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
