Job Description

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with approximately 7+ years of technical project or program management experience.
• We need an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale programs, managing stakeholders, and working effectively in ambiguous environments.
• You should be able to lead programs end to end, from planning through execution.
• We need someone comfortable engaging senior leadership, including VP, SVP, and CTO-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading organizational change management and driving adoption during large-scale technical migrations is important.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership through data-backed reporting.
• Familiarity with modern software delivery practices and technologies such as containerization, microservices architecture, continuous integration, and continuous delivery is needed.
• Okta and IAM project experience is preferred.
• Prior success leading large-scale IAM migration initiatives, especially with Okta, is a plus.

• We will rely on you to lead large-scale initiatives focused on building new products or platforms for our client.
• You will oversee the enterprise-wide migration to Okta, helping ensure scalable architecture goals are met while minimizing disruption to business operations.
• You will manage the full program lifecycle, including detailed functional planning, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
• You will build awareness of cross-functional dependencies and set priorities for execution to reduce operational disruption.
• You will drive strategic planning and execution of high-impact programs within our Enterprise Technology teams, working closely with infrastructure and cross-functional partners across the organization.
