Overview
Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER) for a travel assignment in Randolph, Vermont. Start date: May 4, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,993–$2,008 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights on a 2x3 schedule. Setting: hospital-based ER.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to emergency department patients, including triage, assessment, monitoring, and intervention.
- Perform rapid clinical decision-making, prioritize care, and implement evidence-based treatments in a high-acuity setting.
- Administer medications, establish IV lines, initiate protocols, and manage patient safety and pain control.
- Collaborate with physicians, other RNs, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately in the electronic health record; communicate changes to the care team.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Vermont
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC certifications on file
- TNCC and/or CEN certification preferred (but not required)
- Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume ER with patient ratios around 1:3–1:5 depending on acuity
